wbet Account Registration

Registration Opening a wbet account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Follow these steps:
  • Click the "Register" button at the top of the page or go to Registration page.
  • Step 1: Enter your full name (as per MyKad), a unique username (min. 6 characters), and your Malaysian phone number.
  • Step 2: Set a strong password and select MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as your currency.
  • Step 3: Verify your age (18+), agree to the Terms & Conditions, and submit the form.

Registration To register a wbet account, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Aged 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
  • Residing in or physically located in Malaysia.
  • Registering using your own valid personal information.
  • Does not already have an existing wbet account (one account per individual).
  • Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme.
A valid government-issued ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport) will be required for KYC verification before your first withdrawal.

Registration No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) wbet account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of wbet's Terms & Conditions. If detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. If you already have an account but can't remember your login details, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact wbet support.

Registration KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days after valid documents have been submitted. Accepted documents include a Malaysian MyKad or passport. Please ensure your document images are clear and all information is legible. You will receive a confirmation email once the KYC process is complete. Note that KYC is only required before your first withdrawal — deposits and gameplay can continue without it.
Deposit & Payment Methods

Deposit wbet accepts a wide range of Malaysian payment methods, including:
  • e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
  • Instant Transfer: DuitNow (direct transfer to phone number/IC)
  • FPX Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, BSN, and other Malaysian banks
All transactions are in MYR (RM). No deposit fees — 100% of your money goes straight into your wbet account.

Deposit
  • Minimum deposit: RM 30 for all payment methods.
  • Maximum deposit: Depends on the payment method — typically RM 10,000 per transaction for FPX, and individual e-Wallet limits as set by the provider (e.g. Touch 'n Go daily limit).
  • Daily limit: There is no default daily deposit limit, but you can set your own limit through the Responsible Gaming settings for self-control.
If your deposit is limited by your e-Wallet cap, consider using FPX for larger amounts.

Deposit Deposit processing time varies depending on the method used:
  • Touch 'n Go / GrabPay / Boost / ShopeePay: Instant to 2 minutes.
  • DuitNow: Instant to within 5 minutes.
  • FPX Internet Banking: 1–10 minutes (depending on bank server load).
If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact wbet live chat support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt).

Deposit No. wbet does not charge any fees for deposits. 100% of your deposited amount will be credited to your wbet account. However, please note that some banks or e-Wallet providers may apply their own small transaction fees. We recommend checking your e-Wallet app's limits and charges before making a deposit.
Withdrawals

Withdrawal wbet withdrawals are processed quickly:
  • e-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, etc.): 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Bank Transfer (FPX/DuitNow): 1–3 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm).
  • Outside business hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays): May be processed on the next business day.
Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification. Please ensure your identity documents have been submitted and approved.

Withdrawal
  • Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
  • Maximum withdrawal (standard): RM 20,000 per day.
  • VIP Limit: VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits, depending on their VIP tier.

Withdrawal Common reasons why a withdrawal request may be delayed or declined:
  • KYC incomplete or documents invalid.

Bonus Wagering requirements refer to the minimum amount you need to wager before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with an 8x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of RM 400 in bets (RM 50 × 8) before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Bonus No! wbet's 5% weekly cashback is credited with no wagering requirements whatsoever. Cashback is credited directly to your withdrawable balance every Monday. There is no cap on cashback — the more active you are, the more cashback you earn. Cashback is calculated based on your net losses over a calendar week.
